The Strategic Partnering Approach (SPA) Workshop complements the BRM certification programs, BRMP® and CBRM® of the BRM Institute. The Business Relationship Management SPA workshop is for BRM teams and individual BRMs. In essence, the workshop is for anyone who is interested in elevating your BRM capability. You can expect a highly interactive two-day workshop. The workshop is conducted by a BRM coach who is certified by the BRM Institute. The workshop is the perfect answer to the question “How do I best (re-)start our BRM evolution?”.
Curriculum of the Business Relationship Management Strategic Partnering Approach workshop:
- How do I best set the goals and objectives of business relationship management? And how do I achieve those?
- What is the organizational culture that we have? And what is the culture that we want to have? And how do we achieve it?
- What is our roadmap of strategic partnering? Particularly, a roadmap that leads to convergence of business capabilities.
- How do I as a BRM, or as a BRM team, contribute to achieve strategic partnering?
- And finally, how do I conduct a business value capability assessment? Particularly, from a perspective of continuous improvement.
Our workshop materials include the “Strategic Partnering Approach Workshop Workbook”. As well as the “Business Relationship Management Playbook”. Both are from BRM Institute. Every participant receives a copy.
Furthermore, the SPA workshop includes two (2) hours of online individual coaching after the session.
