The topics of the highly interactive two-day hands-on workshop Live Online Becoming a Value-Focused Organization are aimed at guiding the participants through a value approach consisting of a full-cycle value optimization framework. The value optimization approach and framework are designed to empower business professionals to share ownership of business value by engaging business partners/peers in idea generation (ideation), value planning, and ensuring business value results through value measuring, optimizing, and communication.
Successful participants will receive the BRM Institute’s Becoming a Value-Focused Organization certificate; an internationally recognized confirmation of your business relationship management capabilities.

The fees per participant are: $1,832 and include the $163 license fees of the BRM Institute. License fees will double after November 2019. Fees also include shipment costs of course materials within the Continental US. A surcharge will apply when shipping internationally.

Furthermore, the BVFO workshop includes two (2) hours of online individual coaching after the session.
