In the ISO/IEC 27032 Foundation – Cybersecurity certification course you will gain a perspective of the challenges of designing a secure system, touching on all the cyber roles needed to provide a cohesive security solution. Through lecture and discussions, you will learn about current threat and vulnerability trends in the cyberspace and their impact on individual and organizational security. You will review standard cybersecurity terminology, ISO/IEC 27032 recommendations and requirements and recommendations from the ISO/IEC 27000 series of standards related to cybersecurity, examine sample exploits, and gain knowledge and understanding of mitigating controls.
