The topics of the highly interactive two-day hands-on workshop Live Online Strategic Partnering Approach Workshop are aimed at elevating your BRM capability as an individual or the capabilities of your whole BRM Team. The Strategic Partnering Approach (SPA) workshop is the perfect answer to the question “What do we do next in our BRM capability evolution?”.
Successful participants will receive the BRM Institute’s Strategic Partnering Approach certificate; an internationally recognized confirmation of your business relationship management capabilities.
Those who have RSVP-ed will be notified when this workshop has been confirmed. Upon confirmation you will be provided with a link to make an online payment. The fees per participant are: $1,995 and include the $325 license fees of the BRM Institute. Fees also include shipment costs of course materials and a copy of the BRM Playbook, a $199 value, within the Continental US. A surcharge will apply when shipping internationally.

Our workshop materials include the BRM Institute’s “Strategic Partnering Approach Workshop Workbook” and the “Business Relationship Management Playbook” for every participant.
Furthermore, the SPA workshop includes two (2) hours of online individual coaching after the session.
