- And how is the maturity of the relationship in terms of the maturity level for each phase of the lifecycle of a relationship?
- What is relationship maturity for each type of business relationship? For instance, for an alliance, or for a joint venture, or for a partnership program, or for outsourcing?
- How do I assess the maturity of your BRM Office? Or that of your BRM Team?
- How do I assess the maturity of your relationship management plan?
- What do the maturity improvement plans look like, based on the results of my assessments?
