For more than two decades, INTERPROM has been on a mission to improve the service quality of our (IT) customers. The vision that motivates and sustains us is an (IT) industry in which (IT) professionals are educated and inspired to excel in servicing their (IT) customers in a sustained effort to elevate the business’ performance.
In support of this mission we have traveled all over the world servicing more than 450 customers in every industry and of all sizes. Furthermore, we volunteered on (IT) industry associations, reviewed publications, presented at local, regional, national and international events, and published books, white papers, blogs and podcasts.
Who We Are

- Have over 100 years of IT management experience among us, and more non-IT business experience beyond that
- Have entrepreneurial start-up, mid-size company operation, as well as extensive Fortune 500 track records
- Have run companies, not just IT departments
- Have experience planning, architecting, and implementing entire (IT) programs, individual processes and services, and quality improvement programs
- Have been actively involved in ITIL® since the early-90s, in COBIT® since the early 2000s, and in ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 20000, ISO 31000 and ISO 22301 since 2005, and in BRMBOK and ISO 44001 since 2017
- All have ITIL®, COBIT®, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO 22301, DASA DevOps®, BRMP®, CBRM®, FitSM, NIST, CMBOK and VeriSM™ certifications
- Among us, hold almost every (IT) Service Management-related, Information Security Management-related, Business Continuity Management-related, Business Relationship Management-related, DevOps-related and IT Governance-related certification, plus some in other methodologies and practices
